At LINEN & LAV we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our 100% linen and lavender products. As a small, woman-owned business, every item is made with care. To ensure your satisfaction, we have outlined a return and exchange policy designed to meet your needs while sustaining our business.
1. Quality Assurance Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our products and stand behind every item we sell. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, we will gladly replace it or offer a refund.
2. Returns for Unused Products
We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different item, we’re happy to assist. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must also be initiated within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept exchanges on used items.
4. Store Credit Option
We encourage customers to choose store credit for returns. Store credits will be issued as a gift card.
5. Personalized Items
Please note that custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Email contact@linenandlav.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item, or store credit will be issued.

Product Descriptions: Carefully read product descriptions and dimensions.
Color Variations: Due to the natural fibers used, slight color variations may occur, adding to the unique charm of each item. Also keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different due to variations in your computer screen settings.
