A: Each product at LINEN & LAV is handcrafted with care, using 100% natural linen and lavender. Our dedication to quality and artistry ensures that every item brings a touch of natural luxury and comfort to your home.

2: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes, products are made from sustainable materials such as linen, rattan, and water hyacinth and are designed to be long-lasting, reducing waste and promoting sustainable living.

Ordering & Shipping

3: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Please note that most of our items are made-to-order, helping to reduce waste and minimize excess production. Although smaller items such as lavender eye pillows or lavender sachets will have a 1-2 day processing time, we aim to process and ship table runner and napkin orders within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

4: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at the moment.

Returns & Exchanges

5: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns on unused and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached. For full details, please review our

6: How do I initiate a return or exchange?
A: To start a return or exchange, email us at contact@linenandlav.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you'll receive detailed instructions on how to return your item.

7: Can I return a personalized item?
A: Unfortunately, custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made specifically for you.

8: Do you offer store credit?
A: Yes, we encourage customers to opt for store credit, which will be issued as a gift card for future purchases.

9: How should I care for my linen products?
A: For the best care, hand wash or machine wash your linen items on a gentle cycle and use an air-dry setting. Remove them when 90% dry and iron on a medium setting for a smooth finish. You can also use a steam iron if needed. Natural linen is a durable fabric and can sustain high heat so feel free to use a higher iron setting if needed, but please keep in mind that linen WILL shrink when put in the dryer at high temps.

A: Yes, linen naturally wrinkles, which is part of its unique charm and appeal. These soft creases enhance the fabric's relaxed, organic look, giving it a cozy and inviting aesthetic. Embracing these natural wrinkles adds to the authenticity and timeless beauty of linen.

A: Our lavender eye pillows combine the soothing weight of flaxseeds with the calming scent of lavender, offering relaxation and tension relief—perfect for yoga, meditation, or unwinding after a busy day. Flaxseed was chosen to accompany the lavender because they retain heat longer due to its high oil content.

12: What makes the reversible striped table runner unique?
A: This runner features two complementary stripe patterns, with alternating two-color designs on each side. This versatile design allows you to switch between looks to match your mood or occasion.

13: What is the difference between your serged and mitered corner napkins?
A: Our serged napkins have a clean, durable edge to prevent fraying, while the mitered corner napkins feature precisely stitched corners for a refined, polished look. Both are made from 100% linen and become softer with each wash.

14: What product customizations do you offer?
A. You can customize the combinations of colors in each napkin set, the size of any of our table runners, and the color combinations on the striped table runner. Since these items are made to order, we can work with you regarding any other changes you are requesting, for a nominal fee.
